I had a lovely visit with Mima, who was good company even if she wasn't feeling the best yesterday, but unfortunately Sue couldn't make it :( I even got to taste one of Mima's gorgeous, homemade biscuits and if Rose hadn't taken the box away when she did I could have easily eaten the whole lot. I ended up going round in the car instead of on my push bike but to ease my guilt we all went for a bike ride last night.
The photo today is of a tile floor that I thought looked gorgeous in the dappled sunlight. The kids were not happy with me as it was a public place and I ended up down on my hands and knees taking this shot with shouts of "Dad, Mum's at it again can't you make her stop, she's embarrassing". One day they will realise that embarrassing them is my main purpose in life and the reason that I had kids in the first place.

Hi Rach! Well, I'm not a natural, "talented" artist but I know what I love to do. I've held back for years because I can't "draw" but my hubby's been so supportive. I just want to splash paint around and create... know what I mean? So yeah - get back to it. Will love to see what you do.

Hope you are well. I'm hoping to get back into HS|MS a bit more regularly - just been a bit mad since my daughter got home. Trying to keep up with work and family! x

What a beautiful shot, and it works really well for repeat, as for the boys - its tough, that's just how it works! The investigate shot was good too, you just can't beat geocaching as an entertaining way to have a long walk!!

It was great to see you yesterday, sorry I wasn't on great form, but believe it or not it got worse and I ended up having spasms as well! Feeling much better today thank goodness, so now have to catch up on everyone's posts!

Hi Rach Monday afternoon would be GREAT :-) Tell me a time and I will be there :-)

Lovin the tiles :-) LOL at the boys!

Other peoples parents are "cool" but your own are just "embarrassing" :-( Me, I intend to live up to the reputation AND my kids say I am doing rather well at it!

Here's hoping Monday is good.

Sue
